"It was important to us at Blue &Gold Fleet to ensure that our waste streams were in compliance with the standards set by the City of San Francisco. We had daily scheduled pickups but faced many different challenges preventing them from happening on their scheduled days. We knew there could be improvements made in the waste holding area which was shared by many companies and felt disorganized. Immediately after talking to Matt about our situation I felt an immediate sense of relief. The first meeting reassured my feeling was correct as he and one of his experienced sorters came to our site and dissected our processes.
Shortly after, I received a proposal with RTW’s suggested changes to the setup and sorting process. I was happy to see their projected results which included an increase in diverted material and a decreased expense. During our first month with RTW’s service they actually out performed their proposed reductions in waste. RTW continued to make changes to the waste volume as they got more familiar with our site and as diversion improved our expense decreased. Furthermore, the area where we take our waste daily was spotless. Employees would approach me and thank me for getting the area cleaned up – all accolades were passed along to RTW and their hard work. Recology has done a great job responding to RTW’s requests and our pick up issues have been resolved. If given the opportunity I would not hesitate to recommend RTW to anyone in need of waste sorting services and I look forward to maintaining our partnership moving forward.”

"Refuse to Waste is an excellent company to partner with. From the moment Matt Liberatore came on site to assess the hotel’s needs we experienced the company’s dedication and creativity. Since Refuse to Waste has been sorting our waste streams we have successfully passed 4 out of 4 random Recology audits and increased our diversion rate from 65% to 85% all while keeping our trash room and loading dock clean and organized. Refuse to Waste has taken over all communication with Recology on the hotels behalf to manage missed pickups, volume changes, and bins requiring repairs. They were able to create and execute a customized solution that put the hotel in compliance despite the challenges a hotel experiences with a bar, multiple restaurants and room services. The transition to including their services was truly seamless and painless to our operation. If you want a company committed to providing an intuitive and creative waste solution for your property you should to contact Refuse to Waste. "
